I thoroughly enjoyed spotless and huge room here.
Very-very nice staff and excellent location in a good neighbourhood, everything was great. Location: the hotel was really close to bus station and tram station, and 10mins Tram. The place was close to Habesha Restaurant, where you can have dinner...

I had an amazing stay for 1 night. The venue has well-organized rooms with shower, fridge provided, for instance, and accommodating staff. The location is very close to a lot of restaurants, supermarkets, and Wiedikon train station is exceptionally nice and decent.

Wi-Fi was NOT available against introduction,so it was impossible to access internet with smartphone. Toilet paper was shortage!

The room was large.
The reception desk is very far from the rooms. Perhaps, one kilometre or so.

Spacious and modern rooms with English TV channels, as well as handy amenities like an iron and kettles – perfect for a comfortable stay! 📺

The rooms were newly renovated and therefore very clean and modern. The linens and toiletry provided are of good quality. The wireless works well. The location is close to public transportation and a grocery store. The staff at the parent hotel (10 minutes walk away) is generally helpful.
The rooms are much smaller than pictured and the first one I stayed in smell strongly of paint. There is no desk or chair so working is difficult. There is no fridge, hot water, coffee or vending machines any where in the building. There is no one on site, except a mean cleaning lady who yells at you in German. The neighborhoood is slightly questionable -- there are porn shops around and I heard gun shots and police sirens one night.

Lovely stay happy with everything but a kettle in the room would have been nice.

Perfect little hotel in Switzerland. Switzerland can be very expensive so we were worried when we booked based on the rate. We were pleasantly surprised and the hotel was very good value for money.

Very comfortable bed. Good location - just take Tram 3 and can travel to/from city centre. Silent location. Room is big with wooden floor. Supermarket - coop, is just near by in 3 min walk.
Auto check-in machine is great, but may need a bit time to find it out. After that, everything works great and easy. We self-check in Gertrudstrasse Guesthouse, but need to check out in another place.

This hotel offers great value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail is impressive, with rooms in very good condition and basic amenities provided. The location in a good neighborhood is a bonus, making it convenient for exploring the surrounding area.
All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

A nice, clean, modern and nicely laid out room and hotel.
The only thing that was slightly problematic was that there was no reception at the venue, and I hadn't received the email confirming how to collect the room key. So we had to incur international phone rates to phone the sister hotel to get details. Also, our room had been double booked. Easily resovled, but could have been an issue. Finally, the breakfast which was included in the price was at the sister hotel which wasn't easily walkable, so we ended up skipping it.

Nice large room, good sized bathroom with big mirror and cupboard, clean towels, new parquet floor, nicely decorated hall and stairway, new lifts, nice shower gel and body lotion provided. Bed was comfy, big wardrobe with lots of space, hairdryer and iron. Arnchair and small table. The area is quiet. Friendly staff at reception, which is in another hotel. Zurich guide and Swiss rail plan are in the room for guests. Affordable by Zurich standards. I would stay in the hotel again and would tell friends about it for a business trip or holiday.
The undersheet on the bed had a few hairs on it, but the duvet cover was very clean. The floor, headboard and parts of the bed furniture were a bit dusty. The hotel is in the middle of a surrounding area which has busy streets and cars, so you would expect some dust, but I fear that the chaimbermaids had not hooverd that morning. Guests need to walk between the main hotel and the guest house. The reccommended route between the main hotel and guest house might not be advisable for lone women travellers in the dark (part of it crosses a little narrow street where there is no through traffic), but it's ok in the day. An easy way to get there is from Wiedikon station.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the prices were incredibly affordable, making it great value for money. Secondly, the staff were quick to respond to any inquiries and were very attentive to detail. Lastly, the rooms were in fantastic condition, with big beds and a fantastic view of the surrounding neighborhood.
All was great, no improvements needed.
